    An advisor reviews your details and requests anything missing.

    We visit, measure and price against recent comparable sales in your area.

    Photography & copy
    Our team shoots the property and writes the listing — at our cost.
  4. 04
    Admin publishes
    Once you approve, an administrator puts it live across our site and portals.
Our fee

A flat 2% on completion — photography, staging advice, portal exposure and legal coordination included. Nothing is payable up front.
